10. משכורת וגמלאות
(א)משכורותיהם של שופטים ותשלומים אחרים שישולמו להם, בתקופת כהונתם או לאחריה, או לשאיריהם לאחר מותם, ייקבעו בחוק או בהחלטה של הכנסת או של ועדה מועדותיה שהכנסת הסמיכה לכך.
הכנסת הסמיכה את ועדת הכספים לקבוע משכורותיהם של שופטים ותשלומים אחרים שישולמו להם בתקופת כהונתם (י״פ תשנ״ג, 591).
פורסמה החלטת משכורת נושאי משרה שיפוטית, התשמ״א–1981.
(ב)לא תתקבל החלטה המכוונת להפחית ממשכורתם של שופטים בלבד.
