13. שיפוט משמעתי
(א)שופט נתון לשיפוט של בית דין משמעתי.
(ב)בית הדין המשמעתי יהיה מורכב משופטים או שופטים שיצאו לקיצבה שימנה נשיא בית המשפט העליון.
(ג)הוראות בדבר העילות לדין המשמעתי, דרכי הקבילה, הרכב המותב, הסמכויות של בית הדין המשמעתי ואמצעי המשמעת שהוא רשאי להטיל ייקבעו בחוק; סדרי הדין יהיו לפי חוק.
