3. דרכי הבעת לשון הרע
אין נפקא מינה אם לשון הרע הובעה במישרין ובשלמות, או אם היא והתייחסותה לאדם הטוען שנפגע בה משתמעות מן הפרסום או מנסיבות חיצוניות, או מקצתן מזה ומקצתן מזה.
