11. סירוב להכיר
תיקון: תשל״ב
ביקש מוסד להכיר בו כמוסד להשכלה גבוהה והמועצה סירבה לעשות כן, רשאי שר החינוך והתרבות, או המוסד באמצעות שר החינוך והתרבות, להביא את בקשת ההכרה והחלטת המועצה לפני הממשלה, והיא רשאית להחזירה למועצה לדיון חוזר; החלטת המועצה בדיון החוזר תהא סופית.
