14. מוסד מוכר – תאגיד
מוסד מוכר הוא תאגיד וכשר לתבוע ולהיתבע, לרכוש ולהחזיק נכסים ולהוציאם מרשותו, להתקשר בחוזים ולהיות צד בכל משא־ומתן משפטי או אחר.
