תיקון: תשנ״ח
מוסד בעל רשיון יציין, בכל פרסומיו לציבור, כי התואר שיוענק ללומדים בתום לימודיהם, הנו תואר אקדמי של מוסד־האם בחוץ־לארץ ואינו תואר אקדמי ישראלי ויציין את זהות ארץ־האם; אופן הציון כי למוסד רשיון מאת המועצה ייקבע בכללים על ידי המועצה, באישור ועדת החינוך והתרבות של הכנסת.
