28א. תחולה של סמכויות, זכויות וחובות באזור
תיקון: תשנ״ה, תשע״ח
המועצה תהיה מוסמכת להפעיל את סמכויותיה לפי חוק זה כלפי ישראלים באזור, והזכויות והחובות לפי חוק זה יחולו עליהם; לעניין זה, ”אזור“ ו”ישראלי“ – כהגדרתם בתקנות שעת חירום (יהודה והשומרון – שיפוט בעבירות ועזרה משפטית), התשכ״ז–1967, כפי שהוארך תוקפן ותוקן נוסחן בחוק מעת לעת.
