3ג. קבלת עובדים ותנאי עבודתם
תיקון: תשל״ה
קבלת עובדי המועצה ומינוים ייעשו בידי המועצה ויהיו כשל עובדי המדינה, בתיאומים שייקבעו בתקנות; תנאי העבודה ושכרם של עובדי המועצה יהיו זהים לאלה של עובדי המדינה.
