Section 1 of תקנות ברית הזוגיות לחסרי דת (אגרות), התשע״א–2010, חובת תשלום אגרה.
1. חובת תשלום אגרה
(א)בעד פעולה בפני רשם הזוגיות כמפורט בטור א׳ בחלק א׳ בתוספת, תשולם האגרה שנקבעה בטור ב׳ לצדה, ויינתנו הנחות בשיעורים ולזכאים כמפורט בחלק ב׳ בתוספת.
(ב)לא תקובל בקשה, אלא אם כן שולמה האגרה, לפי תקנות אלה.
