7. קבלת הלוואה בנקאית או הלוואה בנקאית בריבית מובטחת
התנאים המפורטים לקבלת ההלוואה הבנקאית או ההלוואה הבנקאית בריבית מובטחת, בכפוף לאמור בתקנות אלה, ייקבעו בהסכם בין מדינת ישראל לבין התאגידים הבנקאיים, כהגדרתם בחוק הבנקאות, שייבחרו לצורך זה.
