9. קיצבת שאירי זכאי
(א)נפטר זכאי, שהיוון קיצבתו לפי תקנות אלה, תחושב קיצבת שאיריו, כאילו לא היוון כל חלק מקיצבתו.
(ב)נפטר זכאי שלווה הלוואה בנקאית בריבית מובטחת לפני שהספיק להחזירה, כולה או חלקה, ידאג אוצר המדינה להחזר יתרת ההלוואה ועזבונו של הזכאי הלווה המנוח לא יחויב בכל חיוב בשל הלוואה זו.
