3. אופן הגשת הדוחות
(א)הדוחות יוגשו לחשב הכללי בהעתק אלקטרוני חתום בידי מורשי החתימה וכן באמצעות קובץ נתונים, והכול באמצעות מערכת מידע שיגדיר לשם כך החשב הכללי באתר האינטרנט שלו, וזאת נוסף על הגשת הדוחות לשר הנוגע בדבר לפי סעיף 28א(ו) לחוק.
(ב)הוצגו דוחות התאגיד במטבע שונה ממטבע שקל חדש, יצרף התאגיד לדוחות גם תרגום לשקלים חדשים של הסכומים המופיעים בהם, שייערך לפי כללי החשבונאות המקובלים.
