3ב. הודעה על אמצעי חופשי
תיקון: תשנ״ח
(א)נתן המנהל רשיון כללי לגבי אמצעי הצפנה מסוים, יפרסם הודעה על היות אותו אמצעי הצפנה אמצעי חופשי; המנהל רשאי לפרסם הודעה כאמור אף אם לא הוגשה בקשה לרשיון לגבי אותו אמצעי הצפנה.
(ב)הודעה לפי סעיף זה תפורסם ברשומות, אולם רשאי המנהל להורות על פרסומה בדרכים נוספות.
