1. הגדרה
באכרזה זו –
”אופטומטריה“ – מדידה של כושר או טווח ראייתו של אדם, קביעה של מצב הסגלות או תשבורת של עינו של אדם, התאמת עדשות לעזרת העין, רישום או הוראה בדבר שימוש במכשיר אופטי לתרגילי עיניים, לאימון הראייה או ליישורה, ורישום עדשות מגע, התאמתן או קביעתן לעינו של אדם.
