13. הבאת מכשיר קרינה למצב תקין
תיקון: תשל״ז
(א)המנהל רשאי, בכל עת, לצוות על הבאת מכשיר ונוהלי הבטיחות בעבודה הקשורים בו למצב תקין של בטיחות, להנחת דעתו.
(ב)המנהל רשאי לאסור את השימוש במכשיר כל עוד לא מתקיימות בו הוראות סעיף 12.
