17. הוראות מעבר
(א)כל פעולה שנעשתה לפי הצו המבוטל, לרבות רשיון שניתן לפיו, יראו אותה כאילו נעשתה לפי צו זה.
(ב)מי שביום תחילתו של צו זה הוא בעל רשיון שתקפו יפקע לפני יום 31 בדצמבר 1968, יינתן לו רשיון מהיום שלאחר יום פקיעת תקפו עד ליום 31 בדצמבר 1968.
(ג)האגרה שתשולם בעד רשיון לפי סעיף קטן (ב) תהיה בסך כפל החלק השנים־עשר של האגרה הנקובה בסעיף 8(א) במספר החדשים שבהם יהיה הרשיון בתוקף; ולענין זה רואים כל חלק מחודש כחודש.
