5. התקנת מכשיר
(א)מי שעומד להתקין בחצריו מכשיר, למעט מכשיר אבחון ברפואת שיניים, יגיש למנהל בקשה, בצירוף תכנית הבניה ומערכת המיתקנים הרנטגנית, שיפורטו בה סוג המכשיר, קירות המגן ועומס העבודה המשוער, הכל בשני עתקים.
(ב)לא יותקן המכשיר אלא אם אישר המנהל את התכנית.
