33. סמכות לשנות מועדים ודרכי תשלום
(א)רשות מוסמכת רשאית, בצו, לקבוע מועד מאוחר מהקבוע בחוק זה או מועד נוסף לסילוק היטל מלאי או היטל יבוא, את מקום סילוקו ואת דרכי הסילוק, ורשאית היא לקבל מהחייב בהיטל כאמור התחייבות לסילוקו וערובה לקיום התחייבות זו.
(ב)רשות מוסמכת רשאית לדחות למועד אחר, בתנאים הנראים לה, סילוק היטל מלאי או היטל יבוא, כולו או מקצתו.
