49. החזר מיסים
(א)מי ששילם מס נסיעות חוץ לפני היום הקובע בשל נסיעת חוץ ביום הקובע או לאחריו, ומי שנשא בתשלום מס ערך מוסף בשל זכות לנסיעת חוץ ביום הקובע או לאחריו עד יום פרסומו של חוק זה, זכאי להחזר המס.
(ב)לפי בקשת הזכאי להחזר יחזיר את המס כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) מי שגבה מס נסיעות על כרטיס לנסיעת חוץ או שחייב את הרוכש כרטיס כאמור במס ערך מוסף.
