6. בדיקת בקשה
לצורך בדיקת בקשה תנקוט הועדה אמצעים הנראים לה, ובכלל אלה רשאית היא –
(1)להזמין בוחנים או מומחים אחרים לחוות את דעתם בשאלות מקצועיות;
(2)לבצע בין בעצמה ובין על ידי בוחנים לפי בקשתה, עבודות מחקר, ניסוי או בדיקה הדרושים לשם קבלת החלטה; המבקש רשאי לעקוב אחר ביצוע ניסויים בשדה, באופן ובתנאים שנקבעו על ידי הועדה.
