8. מחיקת זן מרשימת הזנים
(א)ראתה הועדה כי השתנו הנתונים והנימוקים אשר הביאו לאישור הזן רשאית היא להורות על מחיקת הזן מרשימת הזנים.
(ב)לפני קבלת החלטה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) תאפשר הועדה למגיש הבקשה לפי תקנה 4 לטעון בפניה.
(ג)החליטה הועדה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) לא יימחק הזן מרשימת הזנים אלא שנתיים לאחר פרסום ההחלטה כאמור.
(ד)החליטה הועדה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), תפרסם את החלטתה ברשומות ובכתב עת מקצועי בשטח החקלאות, תוך 30 יום מיום מתן ההחלטה.
