14. מדידת רעש
תיקון: תשע״א
(א)מדידת מפלס הרעש וקביעתה, לענין מפלס רעש הנמדד ב־db(A) בתקנות אלה, תיעשה בהתאם להוראות התקנות למניעת רעש בלתי סביר, למעט לענין קביעת המרחק של מדידת רעש מערכת אזעקה שתיעשה כמפורט בתקנה 9(א).
(ב)לעניין רעש שאינו כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), אין נפקא מינה אם מפלס הרעש אינו רעש בלתי סביר, כמשמעותו בתקנות רעש בלתי סביר.
