13. שינוי דרגה
תיקון: תש״ל־2
רשאי המנהל לאשר זרעים מושבחים בדרגה נמוכה יותר בסדר הדרגות המפורט בתקנה 11 בכל אחד מאלה:
(1)מפאת אי עמידה בדרישות המפורטות בתקנות אלה לגבי הדרגה המבוקשת;
(2)בזרעי ירקות;
(3)בזרעי מכלוא;
(4)על פי בקשת מפיק או מגדל שאישרו בכתב כי הזרעים לא ישמשו לייצור זרעים מושבחים.
