16. בקשה להסכמה
תיקון: תש״ל־2
המנהל רשאי לקבוע טופס בקשה לכל גידול, לכלול בו פרטים או דרישות שונות ולקבוע את זמן הגשתו, ומשנקבע – לא תוגש הבקשה אלא בטופס שנקבע.
