תיקון: תש״ל־2
(א)לא יפיק אדם זרעים מושבחים אלא אם הסמיכו המנהל לכך (להלן – מפיק מוסמך).
(ב)המבקש להיות מפיק מוסמך יגיש למנהל את בקשתו בכתב.
