36. בדיקה במעבדה הרשמית
תיקון: תש״ל־2
(א)תוקף הבדיקה לזרעים מושבחים לענין תקנות אלה יהיה בהתאם לאמור בתקנות המכירה לכל גידול וגידול.
(ב)פג תוקף הבדיקה, יבקש המחזיק בהם בדיקה ואישור מחדש של השירות לבקורת זרעים.
(ג)השירות לבקורת זרעים יסמן את הזרעים מחדש על פי תוצאות הבדיקה.
