48. ערר
תיקון: תש״ל־2
(א)על כל החלטה שניתנה לפי תקנות אלה רשאי הנפגע לערור בכתב בפני המנהל תוך שבעה ימים מיום שההחלטה נמסרה לו.
(ב)המנהל יודיע החלטתו בכתב תוך שבעה ימים מיום הגשת הערר.
(ג)על החלטת המנהל רשאי העורר לערור בכתב בפני ועדת ערר כאמור בתקנת משנה (ה) תוך שבעה ימים מיום שנמסרה לו החלטת המנהל.
(ד)הועדה תתן החלטתה תוך חמישה עשר יום מיום הגשת הערר.
(ה)שר החקלאות ימנה ועדות ערר של שלושה לענין תקנה זו.
