7. גידול זרעים מושבחים
תיקון: תש״ל־2, תשל״ט־5
(א)לא יגדל אדם זרעים מושבחים אלא מזנים ראויים לאישור ומזני מכלוא ראויים לאישור.
(ב)בגידול זרעים מושבחים ליצוא רשאי המנהל להתיר גידולם של זרעים מזנים שאינם זנים ראויים לאישור או זני מכלוא ראויים לאישור בארץ.
