11א1. תקנות למכוני כושר
תיקון: תשפ״ב־2
קבע שר הפנים בצו, כאמור בסעיף 1, כי מכון כושר הוא עסק טעון רישוי, רשאי שר התרבות והספורט, בהסכמת שר הפנים ובאישור ועדת הפנים והגנת הסביבה של הכנסת, להתקין תקנות בעניין רישוי מכוני כושר, ורשאי הוא לקבוע כי רישיון או היתר זמני למכון כושר לפי חוק זה יינתן לפי טופס בדיקה שיקבע.
