12ג. סייג למינוי חבר בוועדה לאסדרה
תיקון: תשפ״ב־2
לא ימונה לחבר הוועדה לאסדרה מי שהורשע בעבירה פלילית או בעבירת משמעת שמפאת מהותה, חומרתה או נסיבותיה אין הוא ראוי לכהן כחבר הוועדה לאסדרה, או שהוגשו נגדו כתב אישום או קובלנה משמעתית בעבירה כאמור וטרם ניתן פסק דין סופי בעניינו.
