2ח. מיתקני ספורט
תיקון: תשס״ח
(א)לא יינתן רישיון או היתר זמני לפי חוק זה למיתקן ספורט, אלא אם כן ניתן אישור לכך גם מאת מי ששר התעשיה המסחר והתעסוקה הסמיכו לכך.
(ב)שר התעשיה המסחר והתעסוקה, לאחר התייעצות עם שר המדע התרבות והספורט, יקבע, בצו, סוגים של מיתקני ספורט שעליהם תחול חובת אישור לפי סעיף זה.
