33. התעסקות בחלק מהעסק העיקרי
לענין חוק זה רואים אדם כעוסק בעסק פלוני, אף אם התעסקותו זו היא רק חלק מעסקו העיקרי או באה לסייע לו בהשגת מטרה של עסקו העיקרי; אין נפקא מינה אם העסק העיקרי טעון רישוי אם לאו.
