רשות הרישוי או נותן האישור רשאים להסתייע בבעלי מקצוע שקיבלו הסמכה לפי חוק זה, שאינם עובדי מדינה או עובדי הרשויות המקומיות, לענין עמידתו של עסק בתנאים שנקבעו לפי סעיף 7 ובדרישות החוק והתקנות החלים עליו.
