105י. הסמכה בענין שינויי מבנה באיגודי מקרקעין
תיקון: תשס״ב־5, תשס״ב־9, תשע״ז־17, תשפ״ה־5
שר האוצר, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, רשאי להתקין תקנות לענין סעיפים 104א(ב1) ו־104ח, והוא רשאי להתנות את הפטור לפיהם בתנאים, לרבות שינוי התקופות או התנאים הקבועים בסעיפים האמורים, וכן רשאי הוא לקבוע נסיבות שבהן לא יחולו הוראות הסעיפים האמורים.
