רב־חובל של אניה, שבעלה או שוכרה הוא תושב־חוץ בר־חיוב לפי הסעיפים 71–74, רואים כמורשהו של אותו תושב־חוץ לענין פקודה זו, בלי להוציא כל מורשה אחר של אותו תושב־חוץ.
