116. פעולות שהן חובה על נאמנים וכו׳
מי שהוא בר־שומה ובר־חיוב בשל פסול־דין, או מי שתושב־חוץ הוא בר־חיוב על שמו, יהיה אחראי לכל דבר שעשייתו נדרשת על פי פקודה זו בשביל שומת הכנסתו של האדם שלמענו הוא פועל ובשביל תשלום המס המוטל עליה.
