125. שיעור המס על מכירת פטנט וכו׳
תיקון: תשל״א, תשל״ג, תשע״ז־20
על אף האמור בסעיף 121, הכנסה שנתקבלה ממכירת פטנט, מדגם או עיצוב על ידי הממציא, או ממכירת זכות יוצרים על־ידי היוצר, כשההמצאה או היצירה היו שלא בתחום עיסוקם הרגיל, לא יעלה שיעור המס עליה על 40%.
