148. רשימות נישומים והודעות שומה
(א)פקיד השומה יכין בהקדם האפשרי רשימות בני־אדם שנישומו לענין מס.
(ב)רשימות כאמור (להלן – רשימות שומה) יכילו שמם ומענם של הנישומים למס, סכום ההכנסה החייבת של כל אחד מהם, סכום המס שהוא משלם ושאר פרטים שנקבעו.
(ג)מקום שהעתקים שלמים מכל הודעות השומה ומכל ההודעות המתקנות שומה מתוייקים בלשכת פקיד השומה, יהיו הם רשימות השומה לענין פקודה זו.
