156. סמכות בית המשפט שֶלַערעור
בית המשפט יאשר, יפחית, יגדיל או יבטל את השומה או יפסוק בערעור באופן אחר כפי שיראה לנכון, והודעה על ההכנסה החייבת ועל סכום המס, אשר על המערער לשלם – לפי החלטת בית המשפט – תימסר לשני הצדדים.
