158. תקנות לסדרי דין בערעור
שר המשפטים רשאי להתקין תקנות סדרי דין בכל דבר הנוגע להגשת ערעורים לפי הסעיפים 153–157 והדיון בהם, לרבות תשלום אגרת משפט, מתן ערבות, הפקדה בידי בית המשפט והגשת הוכחות.
