שר האוצר, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע אגרה לבקשה למתן החלטת מיסוי, בסכום או בשיעור מדורג ובזיקה לשווי העסקה או להכנסתו של המבקש או למבחן אחר.
