195. תביעה על ידי פקיד השומה
מס יכול להיות נתבע ונפרע עם כל ההוצאות מאת האדם החייב בו על ידי פקיד השומה בשמו הרשמי בבית משפט מוסמך, כאילו היה חוב לממשלת ישראל ויכול שיהא נתבע ונפרע על ידיו בדרכים שנקבעו בסעיף 193.
