195ג. דרישת עיצום כספי ותשלומו
תיקון: תשס״ח־4
עיצום כספי על הפרה לפי סעיף 195ב ישולם לפי דרישה בכתב של המנהל, בטופס שקבע (בסימן זה – הודעת החיוב), בתוך 30 ימים מיום משלוח הודעת החיוב; בהודעת החיוב יפורטו, בין השאר, פרטי ההפרה שבשלה הוטל העיצום הכספי ושיעורו, וכן ייכלל בה מידע בדבר הזכות לטעון טענות בפני המנהל, כאמור בסעיף 195ד.
