תיקון: תשע״ו־23
בהפרה חוזרת ייווסף על העיצום הכספי הקבוע לאותה הפרה סכום השווה לעיצום הכספי כאמור; לעניין זה, ”הפרה חוזרת“ – הפרת הוראה מהוראות לפי חוק זה כאמור בסעיף 195י, בתוך שנתיים מהפרה קודמת של אותה הוראה שבשלה הוטל על המפר עיצום כספי.
