234. עונש על גילוי סוד הכנסה
מי שבחזקתו או בשליטתו תעודות, ידיעות, דו״חות, רשימות שומה או העתקן המתייחסים להכנסתו של אדם או לפרט שבהכנסתו, והוא מסר בכל עת שהיא או ניסה למסור ידיעה כאמור, או משהו מתכנם של המסמכים לאדם ששר האוצר לא הרשהו למסור לו, או שמסר אותם שלא לצורך פקודה זו, דינו – מאסר ששה חדשים, או קנס מאה לירות.
