65א. תיק על שם בני זוג
תיקון: תשמ״ח־3, תשס״ה־4
(א)התיק המנוהל בידי פקיד השומה ביחס להכנסות בני זוג ישא את שמות שני בני הזוג.
(ב)הוראת סעיף קטן (א) לא תחול עד סוף שנת המס 1998 על תיקים שנפתחו לפני כ״ד בטבת התשמ״ט (1 בינואר 1989) אלא לפי החלטת המנהל או לפי בקשה בכתב שהגישו בני הזוג או אחד מהם לפקיד השומה.
