23. הדפסת סימנים
לא ידפיס אדם, לא ידביק, לא יחבר ולא יצרף כל דפוס, הטבעה, ציור, תווית או כל סימן אחר, המתייחסים לטיב השתילים, לכל חבילה, מיכל או שתיל מאותם השתילים אלא באישור המנהל.
