27. ניהול רישום על־ידי שתל
(א)שתל ינהל רישום שוטף על מקורות חומר הריבוי בהם השתמש ועל תאריכי זריעה, שתילה והרכבה ולהציגו למפקח בכל עת שיידרש לעשות כן.
(ב)הרישום ינוהל על פי הטופס שיקבע המנהל.
(ג)שתל ישמור את הרישום לפחות 3 שנים לאחר שמכר השתילים שאליהם מתייחס הרישום.
