תיקון: תשמ״ט
לא יסחר אדם בעתיקות אלא אם יש בידו רשיון לכך מאת השר ולפי תנאי הרשיון שייקבעו בתקנות. השר רשאי להסמיך את המנהל או עובד אחר של הרשות לענין סעיף זה.
