20א. הגבלות על רכישת עתיקות
תיקון: תשס״ג
סוחר עתיקות לא ירכוש עתיקה אלא מאחד מאלה:
(1)סוחר עתיקות;
(2)אדם שבידו אישור של המנהל לפי הוראות סעיף 25, אלא אם כן אותו אדם אינו חייב בהודעה לפי הוראות חוק זה.
